Ellis Ende, Co-Managing Partner, joined Raich Ende Malter & Co. LLP in 1980 after his tenure as staff accountant with a national firm in New York City.

Since 1976, he has accumulated experience in nearly every facet of accounting, financial management, and advisory services, representing a diverse list of clients involved in real estate, the garment industry, manufacturing, and financial services.

Mr. Ende has represented businesses and individuals before the Internal Revenue Service and New York State Department of Taxation and Finance. He has negotiated credit facilities on behalf of his clients and assisted closely held family businesses in reverse mergers.

Mr. Ende is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). He previously served on the advisory board of the C.W. Post Center of Long Island University's School of Professional Accountancy, as well as on the board of a co-operative organization. Mr. Ende has served on fundraising committees for such charitable organizations as Cancer Care and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International.

Mr. Ende is a graduate of Queens College, City University of New York, where he majored in accounting. He resides on the North Shore of Long Island with his family and is an active member of his temple and community.
