Howard Horton is the Director of the firm's Quality Control Department. He has more than 35 years' experience in national and middle market public accounting firms, where he acquired extensive knowledge in auditing standards, business and personal taxation, and financial reporting.
 

Howard graduated from the City University of New York: he earned a Masters degree from Baruch College and a Bachelors degree from Queens College, majoring in Accounting and Economics. He has served on various New York State Society Committees and is a member of the Technical Reviewers Group.
