Howard T. Mann joined Raich Ende Malter in 2004 and was named Partner in 2009. Based in the firm's East Meadow, Long Island office, he brings over 10 years of experience in audit and review, due diligence, and business consulting engagements for closely held and publicly traded companies across a broad range of industries including commercial real estate, wholesale product distribution, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals. He also is a member of the firm's SEC Practice Group, providing audit, quarterly review and acquisition-related services to publicly traded entities.

Howard plays a key role in the firm’s assurance services department, where he is responsible for establishing policies and procedures and overseeing and coordinating client services, including consulting, compliance and planning. He also assists in the firm's recruiting, training, and mentoring programs.

He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration (concentration in accounting) from Hofstra University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Howard is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), and the Hofstra University Alumni Association. He serves in an advisory capacity to various charitable organizations and is active in coaching young people in community-based sporting activities.
