Kenneth A. Lindenbaum joined Raich Ende Malter & Co. LLP as a tax partner in 2001. Formerly a senior manager in the middle-market tax practice of Deloitte & Touche, he has more than 20 years of experience in federal and state taxation with a concentration in individual, partnership, LLC, and S Corporation taxation.

His areas of expertise include real estate and professional services, as well as foreign businesses and individuals doing business in the United States.

Mr. Lindenbaum is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) tax division and serves on the closely held business taxation committee of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also is a board member for the Long Island chapter of Corenet Global and The Laura Rosenberg Foundation.

Mr. Lindenbaum has a master's degree in taxation from Baruch College.
