Louis G. Borodinsky, previously a partner with a mid-sized New York City-based international CPA firm, is a certified public accountant licensed in the states of New York and New Jersey. He also is an attorney admitted to the bar to practice law in those states.

Mr. Borodinsky belongs to several professional associations – including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Bar Association, and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He also serves as treasurer of the Jim Henson Foundation.

He is a graduate of Seton Hall Law School and Rutgers University.
