Paul joined Raich Ende Malter in August 2009 as leader of the firm's High Net Worth practice. He brings a distinguished track record of success as director of major wealth management companies and builder and manager of tax planning, fiduciary strategies, financial and estate planning, and estate administration practices.
Most recently, Paul served as Managing Director of Wealth Strategies, Citi Family Office, at Citigroup Global Wealth Management, where in addition to developing strategies for dealing with challenges faced by ultra high net worth clients, he was responsible for Philanthropic Advisory Services, Family Wealth Advisory Services, and Art Advisory Services. Prior to his tenure at Citigroup, Paul served first as Managing Director of the US Trust National Wealth Consulting Division, then as head of the Bank of New York's Wealth Advisory Division. As partner at Touche Ross, Paul served as Co-National Director of Financial Planning, where he coauthored The Touche Ross Guide to Personal Financial Management, published by Prentice-Hall.
| Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Syracuse University, a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, and an LLM in tax law from New York University School of Law. He is a CPA in Connecticut, and is admitted to the New York State Bar.
Paul is co-founder and former President of the Jewish Community Endowment Foundation. He has served as President of Temple Sinai, Vice President and Head of Community Strategic Planning for the United Jewish Federation, and Treasurer of the Jewish Community Center, all of Stamford, Connecticut. He has served as a member of the Corporate Advisory Board of the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, and also served on the Advisory Board of the School of Accounting.
Paul and his wife Nan have three daughters. They live in Stamford, Connecticut.
