Robert Lass is a licensed attorney and CPA with over 35 years of diversified tax experience, including over 22 years with Price Waterhouse, the last 12 of which were as a Managing Tax Partner. He joined the firm in January 2009 as Managing Tax Partner of the New York City Practice.

Bob’s experience ranges from Fortune 200 multinationals to small start-up ventures in a variety of industries. He has provided a full spectrum of tax and business guidance to domestic and foreign-owned entities including corporate structure, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, inventory and other tax accounting methods, financial reporting, earnings and profits analysis, representation before various taxing authorities, international transfer pricing, multi-state tax restructuring, bankruptcy restructuring, and executive compensation.

He has over 30 years of continuous experience serving real estate, private equity, financial services, and professional service firms as well as their owners.

Bob received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree Cum Laude from Western Michigan University and his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School. He belongs to the American Institute of CPAs, the New York and New Jersey Societies of CPAs, and the American and Michigan Bar Associations.
